how It works
about brooke
Hi, I’m Brooke!I spent four years as a full-time firefighter, where my 30 weeks in the fire academy taught me that strength, endurance, and proper fueling are essential for real life, not just the gym. That experience sparked my passion for functional training, nutrition, and building a body that’s truly capable.
I eventually stepped away from firefighting to pursue school full time and follow my goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian. Today, my mission is to help women fuel their bodies, build strength, and create habits that support a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Outside of training and studying, you’ll find me cooking in the kitchen, spending time in the mountains, and soaking up life with my husband and our blue heeler. I believe health is about more than how you look, it’s about what your body allows you to do, how you show up for others, and the confidence that comes from knowing you are capable of so much more than what’s on the outside.
